Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are. Proof of bonding and insurance are available upon request.

How much notice for cancellation do you need?
At least 72 hours for vacation sits, 24 hours for daily clients. After that period, a cancellation fee that is 25% of the total reservation fee will be charged.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to let us into your home to care for your animals and that you are aware of and agree to our policies/procedures.

How am I billed and when is it due?
You will be billed at the completion of the service for
vacation sits and at the end of the week for daily clients.

Will my dog receive individualized attention?
Yes, we do not "pack walk.” At most 2-3 dogs will be walked at once and that is usually from the same owner or a neighbor in the building or area who wants his/her dog to mingle with a friend he/she knows.

What if I need last minute pet care service?
We will try to accommodate you as best as possible, but cannot guarantee that we can provide service on very short notice.

Are there any extra costs on holidays?
Yes- $5 per day visit and $20 per overnight visit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for holiday visits. These tend to be busy service periods and the deposit holds your place.
